Conference Overview:

Join your fellow LVN’s to learn and network alongside your LVNs from across the state at this informative end-of-life conference designed just for the LVN.  As an LVN, you are directly caring for the residents who are in their final journey. At this special one-day event you will develop new skills in caring for those at the end of their life, including:

• Creating a home-like environment that supports a resident dying well;
• Improving end-of-life conversations with residents and their families;
• Communicating a resident’s end-of-life wishes to other medical professionals;
• Taking care of  you after the resident passes; and
• Understanding advance care planning and POLST (Physician Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment).

This special one-day conference includes breakfast in the exhibit hall, raffle prizes, and a networking lunch.  Come and learn in a relaxed setting and let us care for you.
