Conference Overview:
Organizations that seek to provide elder services have the potential to more effectively tap into to capabilities of those who deliver care at the elder’s side. Caregivers are a phenomenal group of professionals that have the benefit of spending the greatest amount of time with the persons being served. They are typically the first to observe changes in status; they have a substantial scope of influence throughout the organizations they serve, and they have to potential to be the source of solutions to a majority of the challenges confronting most care settings.
This one-day conference will provide participants with practical actions that may be taken to more effectively harness the talents, skills, and ability of those who have the most direct contact with persons served. Participants will receive insights and strategies that they may choose to apply immediately upon return to their care centers.
The presenter incorporates a dynamic blend of illustrated lecture, directed discussion, and audience participation throughout the day. Participants will be actively engaged in the learning process and will leave the session with practical tools to use immediately.
This special one-day conference includes a continental breakfast, lunch in the exhibit hall, raffle prizes and networking with your peers.
